The poor jumping cost him the race. Must have lost 5 lengths on the way round but he could have pulled out earlier as well. All the horse does is stay. Classic example of a jockey riding a horse for the first time against one who rides the winner most days no doubt and had 3lb allowance. Still a very good run by both and reinforces the form of Tizzard.

Laid off again but JPR One is just not finishing his races this year. Same thing at Exeter. Not as bad as Sans Bruit who confirms the awful form of Paul Nicholls today. 2 wins, 2 seconds and a fourth from 5 runners on a big Saturday for Joe Tizzard.

Think his carrots have moved on and he's back to the parsnips. Last two heavily backed favourites out with the washing, no winner this week and most nearer last than first!
Watch out for the commentators telling you he is in "sparkling form".

True Trusty. It is amazing how quickly stable form can change. The trick is to note the yards that have a bunch of novices and classy handicappers coming out together. This week it has been Henderson who could not buy a winner 3 weeks ago. I am still swerving Harry Fry and even laying his Idaho Sun in the 12.00. The Changing Man might revive the Tizzard fortunes today but a place is the most likely outcome for him. Walk Tall could win though. Lowry's Bar my main choice for the big one.

I backed Pic Roc on Wednesday at 40/1 AP four places only, would not be backing it at 14/1. Thought with all the rain due a lower weight might be a good idea. Skelton has a fantastic record in the opener and I have backed Sheezer Dancer at 30/1 e/w on here. GL.
