I backed him the other day when I was concerned about the ground, and he was duly pulled out.
His point form isn't bad, but he didn't finish off, and again there is the ground concern.
Trainer needs to find some runners and winners.

nicely backed into 2/1 and duly obliges. i hope you were on ?
I wish. He was backed from 7/1-7/2 last time, but different story when you are being asked to take 2/1. He just looked the best horse in the race today. Interested to see what happens if he is faced with more of a stamina test. They seemed to go very slow, and then quicken up the straight.
