raining for past 4 hrs
By:
Fortunately it’s dry on Thursday but then heavy rain from first thing on Friday all the way through the card - will be heavy by second race and water logged by the last, or might be off altogether.

Is it really that bad the forecast?

so still spitting this morning but dry til Friday.20mm is 2 cm or less than an inch{ 2.54 cm ) so at best expect it to be soft .I see they have however been watering til last week. ps some people on here will however tell you that 25.4 mm is the equivalent to 6 inches lol

By:
as we see every day at the moment, some courses still have good going after an inch of rain while others (which have usually been watered) go from good to very soft after a lot less rain than that. It also depends on when it rains and 2cm a few hours before or during racing would be very significant imo.
