There's a major flaw in what Haggas says here because Corinthe then went to Southwell under a different jockey and hung badly again, albeit in the other direction.
So while there might have looked as though there was a bit of gamesmanship going on at Southwell, it's hard to argue that now in light of what the horse then did at Southwell. https://x.com/RacingTV/status/1979840384734990754 |

Rubbish, he knew what he was doing, he clearly steers the horse towards the rail, should have been a ban for a very long time, so lucky never put jock and horse on the floor, well done to Haggas

Give another then of Murphy getting away with "blue murder" on the racecourse.

Give another example then of Murphy getting away with "blue murder" on the racecourse.

I can think of one example but it's a while ago now - in a 5f race at Sandown - but presumably he got a ban for it.

Haggas would have been silent if it had been his horse.
The Stewards are there to regulate the rules not Haggas and the BF Forum. I thought it was a good ride |

Agree with Deptford, and a refreshing change from Haggas for speaking out. Astonishing how anyone could think that a ''good ride''. Never seen anything like it in 60 years.
