I've won a great deal of money playing this game over many years. I am allergic to people telling me 'this game is not for me' simply because I'm never swayed by the hype and pretence that this game is saturated with. You remind me of those serial know-alls in betting shops who can't have anyone moaning about racing - why the f*** not? We're paying to keep it going ffs and it is full of artfulness. If you or anyone else thinks this meeting compares to mid-season high level racing then maybe in fact this game ain't for you.

It was your comparison to Wolverhampton that prompted my reply, colonel.

The winner was infront of Ombudsman; Delacroix was infront of the winner. The winner went past Delacroix, and so did Ombudsman. But, Ombudsman could not get past the winner who could quicken and stay 12f.

don't think the G squad will be happy with that ride, sat 2 length of a 1 m 4 horse with a kick in a fast run race
|
|
By:
Beaten by a better horse on the day and nothing to do with the ride

so you've spoke to Johnny g ?

I was being light-hearted. I don't see that race as a competitive thriller, nor any race today. Thus the meeting is misnamed. Back-end Bookies' Benefit is a better name. |
|
By:
I agree with it being a bookmakers benefit,Colonel
