If you are referring to Hard To Believe at Bath which was down as owned by Jayar Investments (Jack Ramsden?) and Mrs L Ramsden, I was intrigued by the fact that it carried the colours of the Mariscottis in the race although the results still have Ramsdens as the owners. It was heavily backed but only just scraped home. Did they use the other colours to bring them luck or because the Andrew Balding staff brought the wrong ones?

Celestarak at Kempton on Wednesday. Note this is not a comprehensive horse tracking service.

It was always said the Ramsden horses were campaigned to get their marks down but imo this was at least partly due to Lynda not being a very good trainer.

They carry the stigma……

Court and bad headlines bury into the punters mind ….most will frown at the name….
