World's Biggest Liar is an annual competition for telling lies, held in Cumbria, England. Competitors from around the world have five minutes to tell the biggest and most convincing lie they can.
Recent competitions
In 2003, Abrie Krueger of South Africa was named the world's biggest liar after telling a story about how he was crowned King of the Wasdale Valley. The 2011 winner was Glen Boylan. His story involved betting on a snail race with Prince Charles (who advised him to remove the shell to make it more aerodynamic) and losing because his opponents cheated with battery-operated snails.[9][10]
2013 saw Mike Naylor win for the third time of his Lying career. I got into a discussion about it's worth (or complete lack thereof) with another user and it turned out the guy I was discussing it with was Head of Product Development!

It doesn't matter who raises it, but it's indisputable that hardly anyone posts pre-race on here. It is also a fact that poorer animals by definition don't maintain their form like the better one's so more luck and guesswork is needed when dealing with the lower grade which frequents midweek racing. Personally, I think most would be better off ignoring the midweek stuff (even weekends can be poor), but clearly that is their choice. All about making a profit, it doesn't really matter how you do it.

there aint menni posting fullstop DD in fairness,lots skint,restricted from depositing and many died..it eventually teks its toll.
another factor is the dynamic has changed regarding prices ante post and the daily markets ,the last few mins before a race starts are crucial. ante post long range on here is a waste of time prices are often worse than what the firms are offering and the books wont offer anything unless they know it ain't running.
