An enquiry was held to consider the placings in this race after interference inside the final furlong involving the winner, MEHSUN (IRE), ridden by Andrew Mullen and MYRRH, placed second, ridden by Daniel Tudhope. The Stewards considered that the interference had improved MEHSUN (IRE)’s placing as MEHSUN (IRE) had drifted left-handed giving MYRRH a significant bump and taking the filly several horse widths off her intended line. The Stewards considered the ground and momentum lost by MYRRH as a result of the interference to be greater than the distance of a diminishing short head at the line, and therefore revised the placings as follows: First- MYRRH; Second- MEHSUN (IRE); Third- BEYOND THE BAR (IRE); Fourth- WAVE POWER (IRE). Mullen was suspended for 2 days for careless riding as he had failed to take sufficient steps to prevent MEHSUN (IRE) drifting left handed giving a significant bump to MYRRH and taking the filly several horse widths off its intended line
what utter bollocks.

To "fawn over" someone means to excessively flatter or give undue attention to a Forumite to gain their favour or approval, often in a servile or exaggerated way.
It involves showing an exaggerated form of affection or admiration to get someone to like you, similar to being overly nice to a Forumite to get them to notice you.
