He's a bookie horse. He's been fancied each time and has yet to win. The horse has not won since Oct 2023, the winning price then was 2/1.

The bookies were "cheating" the racegoers at Ayr. They would lay the racegoers, and then hedged on The Exchange for a monumental profit. They are not genuine bookies but using The Exchange as their guide.

Is a laptop allowed on a racecourse? Similarly, in a high street bookie?
