Don’t think wise approach will run, 3s is huge. Boyles nag is 9/4 for winning poor maiden
If it gets soft you’ll need to get 7, 6 looks as far as rock of thunder wants to go?

Words of truth for me, think he will end up fav, into the sky to drift right out.?

Any race readers on here ??

Only 10 entries. It's been a very poor flat season, and the 2yo's look no different. This looks closer to Listed than Group 2. Leave alone job.

even to best prices on oddschecker its 136% so there's no edge playing now even if you are right about WA

Totally agree with dd very poor flat season and virtually impossible to see that changing in the remaining 6 weeks or so.

Yeah wonder, cant see the 114 horse running, 9/4
Into the sky, is crazy, Rock won’t  get 7 if it soft,
Word of truth, they have ducked too at 3s
Decs will be interesting?? Will snap up the 3s if
Wise approach don’t run, as other 2 will drift? ???

Running a 94 horse in a group 2, hmmmm???
It got a tap at Newmarket, and took off a furlong out
Then started pricking it’s ears, looks like there’s more to come??

Oh I won’t bet before decs?? If wise don’t run
And can get 3 the other godolfin horse, I‘m against
The other 2, lots of rain f/c, not sure the 9/4 and 7/2
Shots will want it soft??

Ponchos, expecting Rico to have a pre race bet? That's funny

I do offer some pre race opinions but usually on the jumps... Currently looking at Newton Abbot decs for Friday but small fields

Ponchos, my post was really an attempt to get Rico to bite
He's a good lad and likes the banter
When I said I posted some jumps tips, that is true but I'm not highly successful, probably just like most on here, hit and miss
I do like to focus on a meeting, or a race
Gonna back Roberto Caro at Ayr this weekend, whether he runs in the Gold, Silver or Bronze Gold Cups

Ok, I swerve those sprints, unless the decs are on
Gd gd to firm, with lots of rain f/c, might have a look
Then, but for a score or little more, to pick up some stake money

Just had an expensive two week holiday, looking to get it back

Poncho, as I say, I'm a jumps man, will be at Newton Abbot Friday hopefully
But I do like to have a go in the big flat races, over whatever distance

Where did you go on hols?

Mallorca, port anthraxt, rented a villa at las Brisas, incredible property, but crazy money
Schmachers villa was above us, Theo pafitas and clitchko‘s below us

Think I went there for the market? When staying in Alcudia

Magaluf, we went there in a taxi about 20 years ago from our hotel in Palma Nova, just to see what the strip was all about
The looky looky men selling sunglasses in the day were selling drugs at night, it was chaos for us middle aged people... We got a taxi straight back

I will look after final decs as it's pointless to do otherwise without knowing the ground either
By:

When: 17 Sep 25 22:53
It’s good to soft now, will only get softer, unless the weather men
Are talking out of their isobars. Of course you have to wait for decs UTI

Wise approach should be even money shot, offering 3s ?

With lack of decs currently i would hazard a guess something along these lines. If i was a bookie - which im clearly not - id be happy to take on into the sky and would want to keep an eye on rock of thunder and gold queen kindly.

2/1 wise approach
3/1 words of truth
4/1 into the sky
13/2 rock thunder
10/1 gold queen kindly
16/1 watcha snoop
20/1 sands of spain
24/1 ryedale frosty
25/1 flying comet
100/1 kiltrush blue

Only done quickly for a bit of fun without ratings , Decs or going.
Possibly made a rick with with watcha snoop though i feel it won a sub standard race last time using its previous race experience against a small field all making their debuts except for Hungarian who gives the form a very moderate look to it.

Juvenile races by very nature difficult to price up & form a strong opinion. Open to any amount of improvement, still learning, track suitability etc,  too many unknown variables. In running play only.

LOL, a heatwave, saw that Tabor bought in,  id imagine
Half share, it was either the best maiden win this season,
Or a very poor maiden by Newbury standards?? Whats your opinion??
A couple that were down the field run today??

I dont know quite what it will tell us but 6.30 Chelmsford acclaimed freedom is running and he was btn by watcha snoop on debut.
If he wins it tells us nothing as they obviously thought him up to running in a class 2 , and if he gets beat it won't change things either...

I do think that watcha snoop benefited greatly by having experience lto.

call me a cynic but if you have a horse of a lifetime for a small trainer, why would you sell half before its 2nd run Mischief
By:

When: 18 Sep 25 18:33
Before it ran, he said he didn’t have the mill reef in mind, it went
Off at 80s too, did he not know what he had, or was it just a weak maiden

6th horse got beat off 56 at Kempten?? 2nd looks a miler ??? Not convinced
But Tabor and his crew must of been impressed??
