Very unhappy. I backed Sir Albert at 19 and put up a lay at 8 which would surely have been taken in running? And very stupidly didn't back it a place.

How on earth do they expect people to have confidence in their in running markets when you never know if the bets will stand

Happens far too often and can't be that hard pressing a button, wouldn't be surprised if they've outsourced it and have no back up with someone watching the feed like they used to.

If in-running has been outsourced, there is a massive integrity issue there. Simply void markets when you lose. Has IR been outsourced?

I know any betting is a risk I have decided to take but the reason why I am marginally ahead this year is that I am betting longer priced horses but laying them off in running at roughly half of the pre race  price so when I have backed one at 19 on here and put up a lay of 8 and the horse is still in front at the furlong pole, I would expect to get my stake back. If that is not going to happen I will have to change my whole approach. Today was one of those days as I backed 2 decent priced winners in Subsequent and Gentle George but both place only! Better luck tomorrow?

BF have never guaranteed a trading position sageform and we have all suffered occasionally.
However,I backed one at M.Rasen a few years back @ 5.5 to jump off in front and shorten.
The Market didn't go In Play but the wretched creature made all and won me £1450+
