The BSP algorithm is published online. Almost all the data needed to run the calculation is public - the bets at BSP (with or without a limit price) and the money in the main market. The only thing that is not visible is the amount of "Take SP" money that is introduced at the last moment, but that contribution should be small.
I can see little scope for 'fiddling' the BSP.
