Suite Francaise & Caballo De Mar

Two rarities in that I have successfully backed both this season, but fortunately, left them alone today. Both were pretty weak in the market, and I thought both runs were a bit strange. In keeping with the yard Suite Francaise has been ridden forward, but today she was dropped in. To my untrained eye she didn't seem to moving right from the start and it wasn't a big surprise when she was soon pulled up. Caballo De Mar has been racing close to the pace, but today he has ended up way out the back. He made a little ground in the straight, but the run soon petered out. He was only 2lbs higher than Royal Ascot.
