but why is paudy deliberately delaying the live feed ?  surely makes no difference to him, all he is doing is bringing bettors together and taking his cut.

yes, tbf this is usually one issue not caused directly by the BF exchange and also affects plenty other bookies who use the same services.

As stu and uptheirons say, it is not BF - once you open the LV window it is a direct link to the provider - all BF do is provide an electronic 'token' to let you access it.

And indeed, it is not in their interests for the feed to be slow, or jittery, or not there at all - but the two providers are monopoly suppliers of video from 'their' courses, so you get what you get or you get nothing.

Still 5 seconds behind(25L) normal.

I have never bet IR off the pics - I will sometimes setup IR lays on a ladder to trade out pre-play backs - but it is very clear from the odds movements that others are betting with much faster information.
