"RicketWise" is more his cup of tea where he gets to see all the Bookmakers prices before they discover any mistakes

Howard, Ormolulu will soon be rated 90 and 82 is nearer 90 than 80 YDC or words to that effect.

You could say that Cider but saying a horse won a h'cap on draw bias "can't win " a soft Group 2 and is now possibly the best 7f/1m horse around "beats " me imo. Rosallion should have won the Sussex AND WAS BEAT HALF A LENGTH /HD/HD yesterday. Drawn wide and on ground just a touch on the quick side for him. Is he as good as I thought ? Probably not. But Segal in a different league in this case.

He isn't the best speed miler since Kingman. Or anything of the sort. Last week, yesterday or today.
It was possible to pick holes in the form of the Balding horse for sure. That's a judgement call which he got wrong. But yesterday's race didn't scream great form to me. |

"He isn't the best speed miler since Kingman" We know that now. It was an opinion before the race. Got it wrong. I would say though that the difference is he gets paid for his opinions. I do like Segal and that's why it's fun when he gets one badly wrong.
What I say on here here counts for nowt and same for everyone here. No money invested on a horse I thought was extremely good was a good decision as it turned out. If either had run against that field on their own I would have lumped on. So I would have have won or lost depending on which horse. |
