Going to lay the fav , too short for me in a talented field and is drawn 9. Trends suggest a draw over 12 and an age of 6 and below. Fav is 8. Only 3 favs have won in the last 26 years . He has Mr Mullins in his corner but thats about all. If you don't like trends please don't bother to comment. Some do , some don't.

Irish trained horses have won 6 of the last 11 runnings. All were 4-6 and had an SP 20/1 or shorter. Johnny Murtagh has had 3 runners in the race 2 won. In the last 28 runnings 42 horses have carried more than 9-9 None hav won. In the past 5 years Henry De Bromhead has run 7 horses on turf in UK at 1m 6fs or further 5 won

like a lot of york features mostly a rags race
ebor mostly exposed form these days v hard for 3yos to get in 1m 4f form & shorter a big -ve with me irish normally thrown in lower weights preferable good claimer up likewise happy bet 6yo+ in this race younger horses normally overbet 2+ months prep usually a +ve draw overvalued imo what I look for in ebor horses |

Yes the Irish trend is strong but there are several Irish entries and of coutse dont forget our Aiden is having a bash at it with London City. Not sure why Moore is not on though. He prefers the other one?

Note for next year, Irish, high draw and younger than 6.backed into fav, Fav did win but I laid the old fav Hipop !
