A complete change in tactics from LTO, stayed on the unfavourable part of the track and went off far too quick. Incompetent or corrupt.....you decide.
By:
If you wanted to lose on the hotpot fav, that's the way you would have run it. Very strange indeed.
By:
thats right. he didnt want to win at york riding in famous colours and balding told him to make sure he got beat
always a conspiracy |
By:
5 jocks in a 10 horse race involved in scrimmaging on part of the track no one wants to be on, and trainers of those horse,s/employing those jocks spent last 3 weeks moaning about the ability of foreign jocks,
![]() |
By:
The horse needs to be delivered for one crack at them. So why would you ride it that way?
By:
according to LOONY BOOBY, Murphy made every other jockey think, all the 5 on his outer were thinking as they sailed by were, WHAT YOU DOING RACING ON SLOWEST PART OF THE TRACK YOU STUPID JUCIED UP IRISH KOONT

Must have all laid masses i/r then?
By:
He was interviewed before the race and when asked about him being a hold up horse he said he could go forwards.
Clearly those tactics didn't work together with being on the rails which everybody has avoided |
By:
Why would I lay it? I was going to play it in running if I got the price I wanted if ridden as expected....off the pace.
By:
just thinking that trusty. If he had drawn the sting out of 'em and won no comments. If you are that clever with early IR situations post your lays.
By:
I was expecting it to get the same kind of ride the winner got.
By:
so once he goes off in front on the slowest part of the track, surely you lay it?
By:
"Why would I lay it? " You would lay a horse that wasn't being ridden in the way you thought gave it the best chance of winning.
By:
Anyone on the thread actually lay it i/r?
By:
First thing i did was check the thread wasn't a regurgitated one from several years past as i seem to have read the content a million times before.

It would have been give a very different ride if it was their money that had forced the price in (NAP)
By:
No.
I backed pre off with a view of a trade if he went forward |
By:
Hayden you don't even bet. When have you ever posted a pre race opinion?
By:
Yeah, that's right Howard betting like a degen on any situation that arises in a race even if it goes against any pre betting plans lol
By:
Sometimes you need to try something different to keep ahead of the handicapper WP he looked a proper stayer up the hill last time. Off 107 with hindsight he's never going to win however he is ridden.
By:
It will win again this season and now they've got the stake money to invest when the time comes. Just look at the ride Trawlerman was given, he was taken over to the "right" part of the track.
By:
6 jocks just rode 60 yds away from where Murphy thought was best place to be in 1st race

By:
No never Whippin , only bet when at the post.
Good luck later ![]() |

By:
There is no hope for you if you truly believe that WP
By:
anybody with a working pair of eyes seen this from the evidence of day 1&2
By:
Tried something different & come unstuck.
£61K+ to the Wnr of that. |
By:
1TP, its ridiculous how anyone can defend the ride.
By:
when people try something different and yes get it wrong it means they are crooks in WP's world

By:
Uptheirons, there's plenty of hope for me. Probably one of the youngest guys on here, been posting and making the game pay for well over 10 years. How long have you been here, 10 minutes?
By:
I have been on here for many years WP.
For you to suggest that Balding would stop his horse at this Meeting is utterly ludicrous. They changed tactics and it didn't work. Simple as that |
By:
Ridden to get it beaten
