How my drone feed reshare started and ended....

Wanted to clear the air, as the drone guy Phil keeps spreading some misinformation about me.
And I was only doing good for his business, but now he keeps saying that I am the one to blame for the price increases for the drones in general.

Reshared drone feed price is 125 btw. direct feed 400. and he is happy to take on people. and the service is mostly good too!

How my partnership started and ended with the drone feed provider guy - 'Phillip the Lodger'

So I started using drones 2 years ago.
1 year ago asked the drone guy – Phil (who owns the drones) are the drones legal?
Phil: 100%
Carl: I will make a video course teaching people how to trade using the drone feed. Will it be ok to share that?
Phil: yes.
So I created dronetraders.co.uk.
Carl: can  I share stuff on social media?
Phil: yes
Carl. How much will I make comission for every guy I get to you?
Phil: if he pays £15 for the day you will get £3

Then I post a video about drones on twitter.
Phil: don't post on twitter better.
Me: OK, should I take down youtube video also?
Phil: that can stay.
Me: what about my whole drone traders page?
Phil: that can stay but take off the prices saying 40 per week, as the main players dont know that and they pay more. 
Carl: Ok, can I share the prices to people asking?
Phil: yes, but don't post them on social media.


Then the resharing groups started. Where we reshare the drone feed to other people. there was one group before me, but after I started talking about mine many others started.
Phil gets most of the money from payments, and we take a commission.


Direct feed from the drones cost 300-450 per week, and the reshared feed price was 40 per week.
Reshared groups have some 40-100ms delay and lower FPS and quality than the Main server. And its a double reshare. As Phil has the main group server, then his reshare server, then PCs from the reshare groups
Phil always kept saying that the delay from the reshare groups is 1ms, if using the good server as I did. which clearly shows his lack of tech knowledge. Since you lose on the encoding, decoding, and sending to 20 guys gives extra delay, loss of frames and picture quality.

oh man, I got tired from this drama and writing this already... :D

Anyways, So I made a reshare group also.  Guys starting to use the drones and slowly progress, and are now making consistent profits, and paying to Phil weekly.
Some guys make  1-2k per week, some of them are on the main server paying the big 400 per week even! From which I got 0 commission.

Then over the last year there were pricing and structure changed every few weeks with the reshare groups.
there was a hard price I had to pay every week to Phil some 500-600 don't remember. Some weeks I was even losing money at start. As I had to pay 200 per week for he quality good server I was renting.
I was charging the minimum I could as the plan was to get more and more people for the cheaper prices. And Phil kept promising the more people we get the cheaper it gets for all!

I was charging 37, and then he complained that other groups pay 50 so try to up the price.
I moved to 45. Then he changed the structure again where he charges for every person I get.
I wanted to charge minimum. But he said charge more, so its closer to 50, so I did 42.
so in the last months I was making some 100-200 per week. 
which still was not worth all the hassle and work with new guys and following who is joining who is not who might reshare. Who paid, who did not. Then Phil asked to check every other guy so often :D
I did like to help people though. setup the drones for them and help them make more profits from trading of course.

So then it all ended when some guy from the main server, who pays 400 every week read my email where I was explaining in detail the prices etc. And started complaining and telling everyone about this, that Phil had been hiding these re-share groups.
Although there are all the same guys taking the main server expensive feed. So it is worth it.
for me not so much as I am 1000mi away from the UK getting that extra delay anyways.
Well, that email was maybe not the best email in retrospect to share.
But then again. I had been sending out my 40-45 per week price in every email for the past year, and noonecomplained :D
Also I was just trying to explain to guys why the service is so expensive, as the drones, pilots, fuel, maintenance all cost a lot.

So then Phil had to blame someone, like the big banks do, when they get caught doing some schemes :D.
so he blamed all on me, and closed my group, and later all the others.
Good timing for him to close them all btw,  since he had recently gotten all the names and contacts from all the people from all the official reshare groups. 
Now we still keep in touch somewhat and he seems happy to take people I send his way. For the 125 per week now. To  the reshare groups.

He said I started to reshare illegals etc. when I was doing the opposite for so long. spent so much time trying to find out the illegal reshare groups. then convincing the members that were on them to rat them out. and many groups got closes. and I got nothing from that.

Now I am getting the feed from a long time drones user for my personal use. But you Phil just have to chill out and focus on growing the business, and reducing the costs, instead of doing some drama ****. You already ruined a very good partnership you had!
