O'Brien horse is the jolly but of late a few been stuffed.  as for the others, Godolphin horse n dancing Gemmini could bounce back in the mix but again stable form not exactly red hot.
Last **** horse i backed and metnioned on ere was a certain Equinox.
Ascoly Piceno is far from that calbre of a horse, but the vibes are prety strong and is not flown over to make up the numbers hence will chance it along with a saver on Zabiari who is up in class
but improving rapidly and at those odds is worth dutching.

Egg on face time ready.

They must be co-mingling the Japanese and french totes since the Japanese entry Go To First is 14 on the pmu - (out from 7.9 so likley to drift some more) and is 220 here on BF. 3rd fav Zabiari is 5.7 on the PMU (in from 7.0) and is 12.0 on BF

It’s a shame that the historic town of Lahaina got bunt to smithereens on the Island of Maui, I consider myself very fortunate to have seen the ornate woodwork there and the huge Banyan tree that was home to 1000’s of the local birds that would fly to roost there every evening.

Turtles resting on the beaches before pulling themselves into the ocean and the red and black sand beaches that they have are are amazing!

The Road to Hana isn’t for the faint hearted!

The Road to Hana, also known as Hana Highway, is a scenic 64-mile drive along the northeast coast of Maui, Hawaii. It's famous for its lush rainforests, waterfalls, and diverse attractions, making it a popular bucket-list road trip. The drive features 620 curves and numerous one-lane bridges, requiring careful navigation and caution.

You really have to see the rainbow Eucalyptus trees there at the start of the drive.

Should you back Field Of Gold wherever he runs next?

Maddy Playle and Tom Park assess how punters should feel when Field Of Gold makes his return
'He could be vulnerable on Champions Day'
By Maddy Playle
I wouldn't be in a hurry to back Field Of Gold when he next runs, particularly if that comes in the QEII on British Champions Day.
That meeting is notorious for throwing up funny results on winter ground and one of Field Of Gold's most disappointing performances came on soft ground in the Prix Jean-Luc Lagardere last October.
There is always uncertainty surrounding the fitness of horses coming back from injury and Field Of Gold could head to Ascot without a previous run, leaving him vulnerable to those in tip-top shape……

'All about the value'
By Tom Park
Like all bets it will come down to value.
Often when a top horse like Field Of Gold puts in a below-par performance there is a complete overreaction and you sometimes get odds against about a horse who on their best form should be 2-5.
I'm always happy to forgive a top horse a poor run and the Sussex Stakes turned into a baffling affair in which Field Of Gold had genuine excuses, so I would be happy to back him if the layers are taking him on.
On the flip side, if he was a short price as if Goodwood never happened, I would rather just not have a bet. I don't see the point in taking on a horse like Field Of Gold, who on all known form is comfortably the best miler out there, in the hope that he runs another stinker.
Report impossible123 August 29, 2025 11:49 AM BST
Who are Tom Park and Maddy Playle? Was their above contribution necessary? Was it necessary to be put into print?

Any seasoned and experienced punter would have adopted the strategy ages ago. I'd only suggest the necessity to put their opinions into print was to fill columns of space in the Racing Post, a supposedly "horseracing" paper, presently in a spiral decline.

Pathetic!
Report Delashay August 29, 2025 12:17 PM BST
That’s was a slightly shortened version Impossible! Grin

Field OF Gold IS entered in the Moulin on the 7th of the 9th and there IS NO mention of that in the article.

Report impossible123 August 29, 2025 12:22 PM BST
FoG will not go to America, and neither will it go to France. Either will be utter folly, and not horse responsible. I believe the only possible race (before retirement) is the QE2 at Ascot, but only on conducive good or better ground. The horse owes connections nothing, assuming the lameness sustained during the Sussex is entirely truthful.
