We used to get third-hand info from "the lads" and it was pretty useless. Nothing you could not easily and more reliably deduce from Aidan's interviews. It is my considered opinion that "the lads" are just there to finance the operation.

Actually, let me row back on that. Aidan's interviews were often more enlightening after the event but when they had a good one, they did let you know in advance.
