He clearly knows his subject and confirms that it is not just horse racing punters who cannot get on early doors.
Of more interest is his view that Racing should not go it alone regarding rate of taxation issues. The enemy is the Slots and all sports should unite in stating that a higher rate should apply only to them instead of claiming we are the only ones worthy |

Not being able to get a football bet at the prices advertised is a joke, then to actually ban someone from having a bet on football is a disgrace.
