Winner unaffected

3rd..well was just about to withdraw funds and that would have been retirement for rico.
By:
so Life is Rosie was "punted" 10/3 to 9/4 and could still only finish 3rd despite carrying less weight than it should have.
interesting punt ![]() ![]() evening paudy ![]() |

Shouldn't be DQd should be declared non-runner, could never win the race. Another stupid rule.

horse was "apparently" (evening paudy) punted 10/3 to 9/4
could only finish a distant 3rd despite carrying almost a stone less than it should have ..... The representative of the Trainer had failed to saddle the horse correctly by failing to add the weight cloth |
By:
Incredible 'weigh' to make money, lay it til the cows come home.
By:
representative of the Trainer watching the price collapse on here and wondering who's backing it cos he's got the weight cloth in his bag ...
By:
Teabreak or toiletbreak
By:
Jockey earned his fee, if you backed it you could not win on course or on here or on toat, how can that be allowed?
Should be NR, money back R4, even that's not fair, wurstest feeling in world backing a winner that's discq go failing scales. |

By:
Worse laying the second at 999

it didn't win freddo.

it was a mile behind despite being punted (price moved on here) and carrying 10 pounds less than it should have ....

1000 poond fine, wonder how much they made after layenit...

No but point taken, it's very unsatisfactory on here too. Punishment should be massive for trainer, but noone should be paying out at max odds on this shoite, should be void.

Tbf it's a great reason not to touch Windsor, as if you need one, cant of a place on a good day.
By:
wouldn't take genius from the owners to investigate any big lays from new accounts, or lays that are much bigger than normal on current accounts. can they be ar5ed opening up a can of worms ? probably don't want too many people asking questions about who's laying what on here.

By:
ahhh the Betfair paper trail! Think they ran out of paper about 15 years ago.
By:
One race in a a few thousand.....who cares
By:
Only the 999ers
By:
anyone who backed it in the whole country?? there is a world outside betfair.
By:
So the rules should protect those who backed a horse stuffed despite a massive advantage at the expense of those backing legitimate 1st and 2nd according to those who did their money?
Would make sense tbf to change the rule for a horse who has not started with the correct weight winning a race being disqualified but still an issue for one which loses the weightcloth during a race or indeed not winning despite an obvious advantage. |

(Ring price: 6/5 5/4 11/8 6/4 13/8 6/4) SP 6/4fav
13/8 - decent price about the winner if you knew the 9/4 2nd fav wasn't actually in the race .... |

By:
done deliberately 1,000,000/1.
By:
£1000 fine is just a absolute embarrassment of a punishment, how the fck is that a deterrent?
By:
Am I missing something here?
If you deliberately put 1 stone less on a horse wouldn't the best thing be for to let it win as it should, and lay the beast down to 1.01, knowing that it would be disqualified and you'd cop the lot? |
By:
The ethical thing would be declare it a non runner as would cut out the skullduggery aspect to it , leaving the rule the way it is leaves the door open for nefarious individuals
By:
I don't know if olly was at Windsor tonight but if he was it makes the situation ten times worse , u would like to think an educated man like olly would have overseen the putting on of saddle cloth

Windsor left a bad taste tonight , boughey horse in maiden stopped as if shot , he had a dubawi horse for obaid at newmarket on Saturday and wouldn't run out of your way with a stinky drift on it before off too the winners drying up too for him within last few weeks 1/12 scraping in thats bout it and rest down the field , it's not a good look for boughey for all his talk , he does plenty boasting bout his 100 winner every year , 1 or 2 winners in last 2 to 3 weeks is pitiful for the amount of horses he has
