Bit of chemistry when Hugh Cahill and Tony Calvin were involved...Bin Reilly has ruined it and you could not get more bland and insipid than Brendan Duke and rent a gob,Halliwell....the weekend tipping show is not much better...no wonder Barry Orr buggered off(or was buggered off)
Ryle is very good imho....What has happened?....I dont get it.
I think it's all part of the trimming of Betfair and paddypower...I'd imagine the paddy podcast has a much larger audience than betfairs..
Loads of Horseracing Podcasts my favourite right now is A.K Bets Podcast....Te Barsttooards are ok but couldnay tip sh1t oot a wheelbarrow.Sporting Life another i love.
That's shame I liked to listen reguaarly as tried to give some proper racing reviews and opinion on what went right/wrong and tactics view on a race which not many provide.Blakes punditry and insight is spot on. Plus opinion on future targets,/antepost for horses (not tips!l
Plus a bit of industry news but not so negative constantly its tedious!
Think it did go down a bit when calvin left and callum joined but Thought Duke was decent enough opinions plus was worth listening to for blake
Didn't lose much for me when cahill left as found him a bit tedious.
Anyone recommend anything slightly similar?
Ak bets far more punting and gambling industry focused than actual talking about any of the action.

bs pod run hot in the early days then they hit approx 6-9 months losing run hence the fri tipping show got canned
sunday sermon still good imo
AK pod better with hugh as host still listenable
SL was good not sure why it stopped

sunday Sermon have some good input at times but it is a bit too childish for me at times.

Final Furlong podcast, what, about 10 years ago, was fantastic. AK bets one is probably the best one at the moment. Racing Post 'In The Know' is a good watch for an overview of Saturdays racing, the tips are awful of course.
