The final single released by Oasis was "Falling Down", which came out on March 9, 2009. It was the third and final single from their seventh studio album, Dig Out Your Soul. The band broke up in August of the same year.

One is reminded of those First World War death notices. He died quickly and without suffering. It will be of scant comfort to his relatives but he died doing something he loved.
We should count ourselves lucky if one day the same is said of us, rather than spending our last six months in excruciating pain, struggling for breath, demented and soiled. RIP Oasis fan. |
