Wow...two salaried employees both put up the favourite for the Stewards Cup. Must have taken a lot of form studying and burning the midnight oil to find that one!

rest of the gang. r wilders,k melrose,g rodway, best bet of Goodwood today hammer the hammer.

They are obviously not worried about being drawn low when the main pace is all high. It must be a case of "if I don't put it up and it wins, I look a d1ck; if it loses it doesn't matter cause everyone else put it up!" Truly shocking stuff.

Al Aasy or Arabian Crown? A prolific winning old boy in Gp3 vs a chronic over-ran? What a conundrum?
By:
Turns out they are all fkin useless.
By:
I'm pretty sure only 1 winner between them all week at Goodwood and that was ok last race yesterday 5/2 very poor and another 3 losers today tipping tom

Sir Tom's first words on the podcast pre-goodwood were that he dislikes the meeting for betting purposes.
The RP still puts him up with a smile on his boat race offering up his tips for the price of a subscription. It's a form of mis-selling shirley. |
By:
Sir Tom does struggle at the big tracks, that’s because his brain is on an higher plane than ours, and he reads the form book in a different way.
Nay sayers always want the leading goalscorer dropped.but he’s proven over the years to deliver the goods. |
By:
Doesn't produce a P/L though.
Tips a few winners and the Rp gets jiggy at the prospect of gleaning more subscribers. At least Sir Hugh publishes one every month of every year (advertised prices seemingly unattainable for the vast majority though) |
By:
He doesn’t have to justify his brilliance with p and l stats.
That’s for the lesser orders to fuss over. It’s not easy tipping in all the big tv races, plus antepost, and they drag him in on a Sunday, whilst we re all at home relaxing. He works 24/7 from jan 1st ,building up to chelt. Sales drop 50% when Keith Melrose steps in,no offence to Keith, but he carries the paper. |

In the words of shafter, "he could stiffen diarrhoea" |

It’s very grubby, having to record p and l s,it’s about latching onto a fantastic selection that a lot dismiss.
Everyone can just tip the obvious winners, sir Tom is about unearthing nuggets. If you’re obsessed with p and l,just back is Sunday tips, that’s about 1000 points up each year. |
By:
He couldnt find a nugget in KFC
By:
That’s cos they don’t sell them, but nice try.

, KFC offers both Original Recipe Chicken Nuggets and Saucy Nuggets. The Original Recipe nuggets are made with 100% white meat and hand-breaded with KFC's signature blend of 11 herbs and spices.

Obviously I m aware of a food outlet called kfc,but never ate there,I presume the lesser orders like it,some on here seem to know the full menu and reciepes, perhaps they could tie up with the post,a free sir Tom tip with every meal.
By:
As a member of a higher order, why are you here conversing with us of the 'lower orders'?
By:
It’s my way of giving back.and it intrigues me what they eat as part of their staple diet.
I overheard one of them the other day, mention a groggs type restaurant, they ate a sausage in a roll, they seemed to like it,but it sounded horrible. They then went into a Betfred to back sir toms selections. |
By:
Are you fond of a sausage yoursen?
many of the 'upper orders' get their first taste of one whilst attending a public school. |
By:
No,don’t eat sausage, discarded meat scraps.but the lesser orders gobble them up.
I was privately tutored, who travelled around with us,depending on my families latest business venture.spent a lot of time with the chef, who liked a bet,so he got me into racing. I ve seen sausages on pictures, but they don’t look appealing.im fascinated at how ingenious the lesser orders are to spice up their merge diets. Good luck to them I say.perhaps that’s why I’m so defensive of price wise, these people really on his tips just to feed themselves most weeks. |
