Just seen it again I think it's the most ridiculous DQ I've ever seen, the 7 horse just held his line approaching the bend the back 2 horses were messing around with each other.

Nearly put Fellowes horse over the rails early. That it wouldn't be disqualified over here is irrelevant The Septics Rules are far more severe than ours

irons, I won't either but I think Fellowes got lucky, even luckier the owner of the 'winner' said he didn't agree with the DQ but will take it on the chin.

This was one reason I stopped bothering to bet on US racing - silly stewards happen too often. I have no idea why people back anything at the shortie prices e.g. 1.01/02s etc given this risk. But some do still it seems - presume this cost a few big hitters at those prices here too?
