The adjudication is being delivered by the Supreme Court at the moment. No doubt many here would have been subject and affected by this judgement.

Not good news for most who took out a PCP to buy their vehicle. The finance companies are only liable for the excessive commission charged ie inflated commission over and above the norm. The finance companies will still have to pay out a colossal amount, but significantly less than originally feared.
