keep the race market was open to trade out.

i checked several times and the market was closed and settled

horse racing > specials > keep the race..happens often.

BOOBY and GOB would TFPTP still  have won if jock had put his whip down and switched whip hands

do stewards factor in whip action/efforts? Personally i think they shouldn't, the question should be did the interference affect the result, it's like a jockey saying I pulled my whip through, hit it down the neck but still put my rival over the rail can I keep the race Sir? Not relevant for me  strictly by the rules. I thought it could be reversed but who knows any more!

I think that the decision was correct (as I stated earlier).
