field of gold all the rage and 6-8 pound clear on ratings and obviously the likeliest winner but not for me at that price .   I prefer the older horses and while it dilutes it I am backing 3 here . rosalion has top class form and an Irish  classic winner just done by docklands in the queen Anne , also backing carl spackler and docklands at big prices as said it dilutes it and the fav may well be too good but has yet to meet older horses and its a price thing for me and I'd rather back 3 hoping the queen Anne form is strong rosalion around 7/1 on here docklands and Carl spackler 33s plus and 40s plus is the way I will play .  docklands is a decent gutsy performer who looks better than ever and a big price Carl spackler was too free in the queen Anne and could get a good bit closer today .
selections rosalion win bet on here docklands 50 ish  plus on here win and 3 places  and Carl spackler 40 ish win bets and 3 places.

I feel for Rosallion and Hannon. So close yet so far. It would have been redemption for missing out on the Queen Anne.

The track was the main reason for FoG underwhelmed performance, according to Mr Gosden. His jockey Buick noticed the spark was missing when he asked him for an effort. Could he be carrying an injury? Or maybe he'd beaten little so far, and the present 3 yr old crop is nothing special.

My question is if he had not handled the Newmarket dip why ran him at Goodwood? Anyway, a better price next time when/if he turns up again for his supporters.

no swifty didn't consider it tbh looked a pacemaker and I as most others expected it to drop out after setting a strong pace , I know I usually take a good look at 2nd and 3rd strings  and if there was a chance I'd back it I'd be gutted to miss one but this one didn't do anything for me .

there were comparing fog to frankel Laugh, it just shows you what a champ and what a trainer cecil was to get him undefeated over 8 and 10 furlongs, all kind courses, all type of ground , and all that with Quelly on top

i think with a different jockey and a little bit more boldness from Cecil re 12f, he was the best horse in decades.
