2.50. Salis.  Several times this season a beaten 10+ lengths on debut, second time outer, has gone in.  28/1 today. 
Have never been able to get my head round it.

normally "well beat on debut" is underbet 2nd start loyal
but its a long term strategy, mostly big prices

No, well beat.  I looked at 4th place laying but Balding, Buick plus 1.15 (and RP hype) decided me no. 

I think balding 2nd & 3rd time normally the time to catch them
but this is all after the event had no bet
