Firstly regarding young fire , this horse was heavily punted and was expected to deliver tonite but I was aghast at your jockey winn , every thicko in stand at doncaster knew u can't come from behind given the ground deterioration as previous races shown this but what did your jockey do keep it 2nd class 10 l off pace and the horse did remarkable to nearly pull it out , horse if ridden in van or mid dive would have won by few lengths,  have u any respect for owner and punters to put up a clown with no cop on , I'm not a jockey but I knew the horse shouldn't be 2nd last way off pace given conditions, o meara how earth have u allowed your to do such incompetence,  secondly regarding lord bertie , how earh was the hood not put on when saddling horse given it was declared for it , then we had debacle that ensued , I want to be clear I domt put the blame on girl that put it on , obviously it wasn't put on correctly , I blame Mark winn , the clown should got off horse and checked was it put on right not just assume it , if u ever watch true pro like rossa ryan u often seem him dismount at start to check his tack but winn couldn't be bothered to do and we get a clown show with hood waving in air disorientating horse and its chance , disgraceful viewing , a kick in mouth to owner and punters that backed it , both horses were hammered and expected to win and where had he lord bertie stone cold last out of stalls , u are the trainer why are u allowing such incompetence to sully your stable and mess your owners , I've lost nearly 3k in total 9n these 2 horses tomite , shame on u o meara , what I saw to it was shameful a real clown show , wimn was touted as up coming pilot , what I witnessed tonite I wouldn't have him mucking out stables

Nothing wrong with the Young fire ride imo. Came to win it, took the lead and emptied.
The third horse was coming back at him before being squeezed,
If he'd taken it up earlier he'd more than likely have emptied earlier.

The summary of mics rant appears to be that the horse should have been in a van driven by a cop rather than ridden by a trainee pilot?

Ignore them Mics and take time out to assess who you trust your wedge with and on. You’ll get no decent race discussion here.

I didn’t see the races but saw the comment on the hood flapping after not being removed, it’s very poor.  Tomorrow is another day and fresh outlook comes with it.  Take it easy.

Hey Mics, why don't you contact the PJA and apply to become a Jockey Coach?

Your role would include one-to-one tuition, supervised course walks and post-race analysis. Jockeys are coached in all aspects of their careers from technical support, motivation, confidence, fitness and communication skills.

Talk about ticking none of the boxes Laugh

Could get his trainer's license alongside his coaching badge.

How do I apply for a Licence or Permit to train?
