Seems in a bit better form, last 3 odds on have won, 3 out the last 4 entries have won. Not sure that's a negative or a positive to the layers though

Yes, although I very seldom place lay, the Haggas horses always seem a lot shorter in the betting than should be imo, that one was entitled to come on for the run but it was a poor race and I wasnt sure the drop in trip would suit either.

Plus there were a few unraced that could have been anything so a lay bet was the value bet imo

I put it up in my blog the hannon horse was well entered up in big money sales races and it was the only one with big race entries ,don't mean they will win but often hints they think a bit of em !

Including one yesterday who was slightly odds on early and drifted two shorties yesterday and one today beat.

In fairness to him, 31% strike rate last 2 weeks with 16 winners , 4 winners last 2 days,
Big, big improvement from earlier this season, accepting he does get his fair share of favourites beat, Many of his do seem to be put in very short though. |
