Yes it’s a horse tranquilliser used by club goers street name Special K. Gives a rush of euphoria and gives hallucinations to some users.
People in America have been using in small doses to treat their depression! Magic mushrooms have been used in the same way it’s called Microdosing.

Why anyone would touch the stuff is beyond me. There was a documentary about its proliferation of use in Canada and it showed a user taking, you literally saw their soul leave their eyes.
