The only punters suffering in any instance of jocks. adhering to the whip rule are the one who bet losers.
The losing horse wins ( and occasionally the winning horse ) because it doesn’t get over-abused and the game wins through that very instance.
The horse come first or there would be no game at all.
Stop whingeing.
