Swifty, It makes no difference to me as I dont bet Tote win, it just annoys me that since they  " Guaranteed" to match SP these outsiders that would normally pay way over are clipped as well. ??

clipping the outsiders to cover the guarantee on the shorter ones, the whole model is broken. And the exotic pools are so dire then with the takeout they rarely match the CFC and CTC. Management should be sacked. And racing/govt should wake up.

Managed correctly and with more acceptable take outs it could be very popular especially the exotics. Its just been passed from one incompetent company to another over the years without anyone having any real ideas on how to promote it.

They are Shareholders Swifty and they taking everything they can before the whole " seeding " scam is exposed. imo.

GC, it's all become one big scam, and racing loses out because of it.
