Brilliant already news and no notification from Flutter about the miscreants actions. Does that mean only a subset of users have been compromised?

I got notification and not a bit happy.

What they have got is name.1st line of address and city, username and email address, some details of betting activity, technical data as ip address and id, BF say it/they hasn't got usable cards or payment details,id documents or passwords.

If and i expect it is probable when will 'spam' emails start arriving?

If you haven't been notified yet don't think you're in the clear, I hadn't been notified when all this first appeared yesterday but just checked e-mails and got one from Betfair at 3.30 this afternoon saying I'd been affected.

Doesn't include passwords, ID documents or any usable card or payment details.

but does include

name and the first line of your address and city. It also includes details of some recent activity on your account and technical data like your device ID and IP address.

name and the first line of your address and city.     So they know who you are and where you live.

When: 09 Jul 25 16:45
We'll probably get a further e-mail from Betfair stating that it would be a waste of time depositing some compensation into our accounts as the hackers would simply login and nick it!!

city were garbage and didn't look right in the club world cup despite hammering juve, utd are struggling mostly due to ownership and boardroom / senior management, when they sort that out they'll recover

Wouldn't begrudge the enjoyment elise, I welcome it, I miss the likes of Redundant Punter and themover who used to be regulars on the United thread taking the pi55, it will be a sad day when United aren't even worthy of having the pi55 ripped out of them.Grin
