Did my eyes just deceive me ??

Just noticed something strange during the loading of the horses for the 4 o'clock at Doncaster. Alpine Girl was playing up and reluctant to load, when her rear end was facing the camera they lifted her tail as a move to encourage her to move forward, at that moment a blurred circle appeared over her naughty bits.  Did that really happen !!??
