Private project was an 11/8 this morning, it ran a race full of promise first time up at ling and this well bred Churchill horse would have been expected to have gone close today bit at least ran it's race or improved a bit but what did we get drifts like barge out to 6 and 7 on machine and runs like it was shot , the fact is archie watson knew this was going to ensue given drift and many punters across UK and ireland may as well have thrown their money into a drain ,this is the time bha need to act in these circumstances, look at who is laying and the amounts , watson stable needs to be searched and betting evidence acquired, this for racing is not a good look , how do u expect to attract new comers when u have watson and his owner d j deer acting like pikeys doing a three card trick to fool people .they knew what was ensuing today and fooled the betting public but will anything be done probably not and these apologists out there that think this is ok shame on u too

The front two in the betting were both debutantes so fairly impossible to predict with any accuracy by any forecaster as to what price they'd end up on the shows.
Don't know whether you'd label it inexperience or stupidity but anyone taking the early tissues as gospel in this instance would certainly fall into one of those two categories. To say the front two needed monitoring in the market is a massive understatement when you examine both pedigree whereas the horse in question is probably bound to run in the middling tracks , the person or people framing these early prices in this scenario were only looking at the 2 by the horse name as they had little or nothing else to go on , classic case of early tissue guessing as we all would have been doing in this case. With respect Mics but you need to know a bit more about the betting side of the industry before continually jumping to the same one-dimensional conclusion , good luck mate ![]() |

It does look that the Lingfield race was particularly poor.

It was the 11/8fav at the time Mics backed it, Hayden. You don’t expect him to look outside the top one in the betting do you!!?
The clown has been on here a few weeks and he leaves nothing to the imagination. Backs the fav every race. If it loses its b3nt. Has zero self respect. Has zero discipline. An absolute mug. |

From the drop-down list select the issue you'd like to report, i.e. Horses being held back for betting purposes (horse did not run to its full potential) There you go Mics, report 'em. ![]() |
