No winning fav of the race in 17 years. I'm actually quite shocked. Beaten well on debut before bossing a couple of egg and spoon races at home. I know Fozzy Stacks filly ran well today but it's to short surely.

Not many of the 2yos that have run so far have run 3 times. The two best 2yo races at RA this year have been won by Coolmore and the filly yesterday had been beaten twice in Ireland. I don't like odds on but I am certainly not opposing it after the other 2 were backed and trotted up. It is 11lb clear on RPR which is not an exact science with 2yos but that is a lot. Small place only Comical Point for me.

Naval Light 7s out to 22s. Same trainer and owner combo, Burke and Wathnan Racing, had a similar drifter in the Queen Mary yesterday, Zelaina. Well fancied before the race, then on the day, couldn't give it away.

Sandals Song, Wathnan Racing's other horse, however coming in for some quite strong support.

Comical Point has shortened by 3 points for a place since this morning and 44 to 28 to win. Andrew Balding does not run many 2yos at RA and they usually run well.

naval the buzzer for this since Beverly run,30 secs before the off burke says wants 6 or 7 furlongs, if only there was a 6 furlongs race at RA !

Good fifth for Comical Point after laying too far back. Only him and the second made any progress at all. First, third and fourth always up there.
