I have to say that I just turned on the channel and immediately thought I have never seen anyone so out of place with that clobber on than him.

He's out of place just opening his mouth and letting his belly rumble..

He doesn’t look great but there’s some despicable snobbery regarding him and his accent.

And if you think he looks bad wait ‘till you see the Rep from VC bet! He wears the hat as equally as bad. Looks like he’s an extra from a Charles Dickens film!

The way Dave Orton patronises punters he deserves all he gets.

I don’t like the guy because of his useless interviewing skills but we all have accents and I don’t hold that against him.

I like Dave Orton.. in fact he's a breath of fresh air from the self serving crowd that populates the space. He's funny..edgy....a guy you'd like a curry with whilst talking racing. A decent guy.

Your choice. I don't know if the over the top in your face delivery - said before it reminds me of Ben Elton - is just an act. If it isn't he would drive me up the wall. Nothing unique, at the end of the day just another cheerleader like the rest.

It seems today's Dave Orton in nthe fashion faux pas stakes is Jamie Lynch. Sporting a pair of trousers that are so tight they are literally sticking to his legs. In 25° plus must be really uncomfortable. You would think they would have more sense, or at least someone to help them in the dressing stakes.

Is that him on ATR now? If it is he talks some rubbish.  If not my apologies.  Talking about how the winning jockey made the right decision on coming down that part of the track. He couldn't go inside as the leader was there so where else was he gonna go?
