Never be surprised if a handicap debutant wins whatever the price , first run in a new career and most of the time has " hidden talents "

Not surprised at all and that's why I backed it albeit small as seen below:
2025-06-06 15:19 391314865623 2025-06-06 15:16 GB / Epsom 6th Jun/ 15:15 1m2f Hcap / Ecureuil Secret Back 34.00 1.00 Won 33.00 46.90 2025-06-06 15:19 391309359845 2025-06-06 14:08 GB / Epsom 6th Jun/ 15:15 1m2f Hcap / Ecureuil Secret Back 30.00 0.20 Won 5.80 13.90 Those that known me know I back many outsiders and as I said, after timing I know full well Again, those that know me also I do not after time but you always get one wobby ganker who has to spout poop. Give up, grow up and shut up, you know who you are. |

Well done Alona, nice priced winner for you.

what time does this run?

honestly glad for you easy winner at good odds. But the fun ( or not ) is putting up selections before the race. I always do this. Because it doesn't matter if everyone on here thinks you're clueless.

With hindsight, backable.
Second run for Fahey, first run after gelding. Most of his previous runs, he'd pulled (took keen hold) so if they can teach him to settle... So not a complete fluke and you'd imagine Ecureuil Secret can go on from this. |

One of the few I didn’t even look at. Can’t bet Fahey anywhere let alone in an Oaks day handicap at Epsom.
Well done all who fell onto him. |

fahey been a dead duck this year was impossible to find also a drifter
|
|

to be fair to ramruma the pulling angle and then improve is a decent angle with some lightly raced ones

Sorry howard
![]() Always worth a second look at a winning outsider to see what I missed and whether it should go in the notebook or be written off as "stuff happens". |
