Sorry if this is the wrong forum; I am sure the issue must have been raised before, judging by comments on the Internet, but I can't find the right forum!
BF App on Android phone stopped working yesterday. I have tried the usual remedies (force stopping, restarting, uninstalling and reinstalling, clearing cache, restarting phone) several times but to no avail. The app will install but when I try and open it sticks on the yellow welcome screen with the BF name and up and down arrow logo.
I chatted to CS who said they believed the app to be working normally. When I reitereated the problem they suggested there may be a glitch but as I could access BF from my laptop they were not overly concerned.
I have seen reports from others on the web explaining they have had the same issue but no sign of any remedy. I was wondering if anyone on here might have any advice, explanation or update?
I am hoping to attend the Derby meeting next weekend and will be lost without the BF app. So this is relevant to horse racing!
