It's a fair point, assuming that the Expert Fee portal is the same as the PC portal and you only have access to the portal if you actually pay it.

Why not help the Opening Poster out and confirm if you have access or not (via the EF portal) to your lifetime P&L figures?

Just look round your house and count the items you bought from gambling  when you won

I'm lifetime profit but don't have access, did have access before they axed PC...never paid it, I'm guessing that only people currently paying the new charge have access? don't know though, would like to have it back obviously.

go into my account then choose my betfair account once that page opens go to the betting activity tab and the expert fee is the last one in the drop down

the page opens on the last 52 days, part way down there are buttons for 52 days or lifetime

If you are not paying expert fee but are still lifetime profit the tab is not there, I've looked everywhere and it definitely not there.

The last one on the betting activity drop down menu is transaction history for me

my account > my betfair account > betting activity > at bottom is expert fee.

Same here, if anyone is posting where to find it, it is because they are paying the fee and therefore have access to it.

Previously with PC, as long as you were lifetime in profit whether you paid the charge or not you had access to the portal, that is not the case now, you need to be paying it or have paid it or are very close to paying it, something along those lines.

I've never paid expert fee and never will but it's there for me and I'm in lifetime profit.

I'm surprised, there must be some other box that some are ticking to get access.

Maybe they have bolted a patch onto the Beta platform temporary fix for testing only on the back-up drive that supports the reserve system in emergency function mode.

the only things you can do duffy is email them, you used to be able to ask for lifetime account info which they supplied and then you'll perhaps be able to follow up with the question of why you cannot see it online if it shows in profit
