Despite the financial problems in the sport, new owner syndicates/owner groups keep expanding. Rogue Enforcer just won in France for the Rogues Gallery. We have Wathnan Racing (an Arab group) Amo Racing, Robcour, Opulence Thoroughbreds, Owners Group, Elite Thoroughbreds, Rabbah Racing etc. etc. Some come and go, others have been around for years but they all spend big money.
