You know that I agree that driving under any influence is wrong.

Had a house near me in London where Thai’s were growing. Then here in the countryside there was a bust. THIS country is well behind the times regarding the legalisation.

All over things are becoming more liberal with it and you are never to going to win the war on drugs, nor smash the gangs!

Not talking about it or educating about the dangers is the problem. When you have to go underground you mix with bad ones, tolerance is the only way forwards.

I saw a Police guy newspaper headline say that he smells it feels threatened! Because it means crime!

What century is he in? Plain

Also where I lived a certain sector of the surrounds were flaunting what they were doing. A guy would walk up the road in his flip flops on his mobes meet the guy under a railway arch to deliver and come walking back. This went on all day long.
Some guy walks further around the alley meets a guy in a 7 series Beema who hands him a big sack, that goes in bag, walks back without a care.

A local Bobby still came by the very same area on his pushbike! Can you believe that?! Laugh

I told him more than once what was happening and he didn’t want to know! Because there was an invisible line that Bob had jurisdiction in and on the other side it wasn’t his domain! I said you’d better keep that side then stop crossing it to ignore what’s happening on your patch!

Months later riding around the alley there youths with the (black and white scarves no booze in sight) sitting there puffing away and giving dirty looks like I shouldn’t be there!

Said this ain’t where you live don’t come shat on my doorstep take it elsewhere! Oh ans they all drove there to smoke in geared up cars. As there was a road that met the plying field. .

Sadiq Khan calls for partial decriminalisation of cannabis possession
This article is more than 1 month old
London Drugs Commission also found disproportionate use of stop-and-search powers in black communities

Sadiq Khan has backed calls for the partial decriminalisation of cannabis possession, as a wide-ranging study suggests the way the drug is policed causes greater harm to society than its usage.

In particular, it found, the use of stop-and-search powers disproportionately affects black communities.

“I’ve long been clear that we need fresh thinking on how to reduce the substantial harms associated with drug-related crime in our communities,” the London mayor said on Wednesday.
