What i dont understand is if betfair settled, what happens to those who backed the first past the post and withdrew their winnings before amendment?
I backed the fav and was stunned to see it settled a loser.

if they settle wrongly and you withdraw leaving you with a zero balance, and then correct , you will have a negative balance...so it is minus 100, and you deposit 110, you will have a balance of £10
The winnings went in….short time later they were out,but I knew it would happen so no big deal….

To be fair i meant more if someone had £100 on at 7/1 the original winner , saw it would clearly be reversed and so withdrew their £800 before it was corrected
