it's a bit like being told by Betfair/Rtv that the glitching is MY fault...
even tho my internet is pretty good and i have no issues apart from BLV issues...
of course it's MY fault...
they just don't want to do anything to fix it...
and they know there is nowt i can do about it.

We have had no other reports so far, I apologise for the inconvenience this has caused.I have checked the live feed from our end and there seem to be no issue. If there was a technical issue, it would be the case for all users.
I can suggest checking whether there is any update that is required on your browser or on your device. It might be that you require a java update. Otherwise, this might be being blocked by your system e.g. firewall.

I couldn't get the person/bot to understand I was referring specifically to the live video menu page. You just have to give up.

For a straw poll, is anyone actually able to access the live video menu? (giving the helpdesk the benefit of the doubt!)

Works for me sort of. Screen goes very fuzzy and slows the whole page down

As has always been the general way for me, ATR tracks are hopeless using gruss but RTV tracks OK, probably a blessing for me today because I've never been able to get to grips with Brighton I/R.

Lazza, there the ones I'm talking about. I like to keep individual race tabs open, not so easy with pop-up vids.

Laptop's about 6 years old and creaking a bit. I do have a newer one which I'll need to migrate to. It's a PIIA though.
Just wondering if there is a way to watch the live video through purple gruss - has anyone ever asked is this a option?
Wireless, but everything else e.g. youtube is fine. Mind you, I'm on Virgin's mega broadband but never get more than 35mbs download.
I get my granny to go to the course and use her mobile to stream me the video - much better than BF - they have no clue.... and care even less
My RTV picture used to be blurry and I was wireless, switched to wired and it immediately solved the problem.
Yeah, duffy, read that before and I think I have the cable somewhere. I'll give it a go.
Reckon that will sort it for you, the ATR races used to be OK but all RTV races on video used to be permanently blurry, someone said that wired connection was far better than wireless.... and it was!!!
Just remembered - neither laptop has the right shape of port. Might need an adaptor thingy.

Big Cat (who knows about LV and all that stuff) said the spec of your computer is pretty irrelevant...
Mr.Hunt has said many times he uses an old cr@ppy laptop which he never cleans and has no issues...
i don't know what it is that causes the glitching but trust me it ain't my end...
