This isn't one of those jockey-knocking threads with an ironic title (sorry to disappoint) but genuinely complimentary.
I was at Wetherby yesterday and Joanna was the most impressive winner of the day,beating her opponents in the Mascots' Race by a street and jumping the hurdles in a way that would put Constitution Hill to shame.
Even better imo she was collecting for charity on the gate,still dressed in her silly costume,and taking part in good-natured banter with racegoers when I left after the 7th race.
I hope this thread isn't too much of a shock for some posters.

shes good jockey and should get more rides like her a lot

Jo Gordon is the one that seems to be out of favour but given an opportunity at less than 50/1 she can still outride most female jockeys.
Keep an eye on Poppy Scott Sage - rode a nice winner for Sir Mark yesterday. Seems very competent and also confident.
She got that one up nicely. at the 19th time of asking.

It'll win a minute in the same grade if it gets a smuggling type of ride. Of course we are not privy to the instructions, but as Fran would say it just parked in front.
