It is certainly ruing the meeting this year, heart in mouth nearly every bloody race hoping your horse gets a fair start.

They start walking in from way to far back, bound to be jogging near the line.

Need to be in a line from 75 to 50 yards out then start walking towards the start.

unless its blatently obvious that someones massively been disadvantaged the starter should let them go 1st time as  99% of time the 2nd start is worse than the one and someone elses gets just as disadvantaged

The stewards should review each race and fine the culprits including the trainer of the horses involved . This nonsense would stop in a trice IMHO.

The starter saying they have to come in from a long way out so they don't start too early! WALOB!

so Robbie supple sending the message out if you to be up with pace/front run.start  on the outside because your allowed to jig jog in,but ones on inside can only walk in, without knowing it he,s basically telling us why their having problems

The starting of races has rarely been an issue. What I have noticed that false starts in Ireland have increased in recent times. Dont know the stats but a comparison may give an indication that these are travelling.

They where nearly going full pace 100 yards from the line there.

Not the starters fault, but why ate the lining up behind the bend there

This is the problem. Anyone can see it except the fools at the BHA.
Why they go so far back is ridiculous.

Worse than stall handlers putting one horse in at a time.

you cant believe it for UK racing but the problem seems to be  arising because their getting down there to early ,so starters sending them that far back basically to pass a minute away.but no idea why they cant just walk around and in a circle 100 yds from line to pass the time away
