not allowed to view in middle of course due to weather..

Thing is pieman to get to the xc course means walking on the racecourse to get across to the middle and if 1,000 people go across and then come back that's a lot of feet making a muddy path / track across the racecourse.
I always go across to watch it , but I understand the reasons why not to have a lot of people treading on the sacred turf if it can be avoided especially as it was wet earlier today.
